Professional. Personable. Thorough. Mr. Gregorin displayed all of these
attributes and more. He was easy to communicate with as well as flexible
with scheduling. On the day of the inspection he arrived early and made
himself available during and after the inspection was complete to
answer all of the questions we had. He went above and beyond simply
noting issues with the house, he continued to assess the house until he
found the cause of the issues, also helping us estimate the repair cost.
He took pictures of everything and made sure that everything we
discussed was noted in the report. I would highly recommend Mr. Gregorin
to anybody needing a home inspection. He found underlying issues that
had not yet made themselves evident and ultimately saved me from making
a bad investment.
