What to expect: The exterior inspection will cover everything from grading and drainage of water away from the house to the exterior lighting and outlets. The foundation will be inspected both inside and outside the house, as much as is visible. Exterior outlets, lights, siding, trim, doors, windows, sidewalks, decks and porches will all be inspected. We will enter crawlspaces whenever safe to do so to check the foundation.
