What to expect: Whenever possible, the roofing inspection will take place from on the roof. We will check for any damaged or missing shingles, any potential leaks, ventilation, flashing, gutters, and an overall condition of the roof.
Observations on top of the roof will be verified by entering the attic whenever possible to ensure no past or present leaks, proper ventilation, proper insulation, and verify the roof structure from in the attic.
